Total Solar Eclipse Coming to the US in 2024

Sky-gazers in the United States will be treated to a total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. The eclipse will be visible from a narrow path that will cross the country from Mexico to Canada. This will be the first total solar eclipse visible from the contiguous US since 2017.
Path of the Eclipse
The path of the eclipse will begin in Mexico and cross the US from Texas to Maine. The total eclipse will be visible for up to 3 minutes and 50 seconds in some locations. The best viewing locations will be in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, and Maine.

What to Expect
