Kontron AG (ETR: KTN) has announced the launch of its Buyback Program II 2023, under which the company plans to repurchase its own shares. The program will be executed by a credit institution, which will determine the purchase timing independently.
The share buyback will be made for the account of Kontron AG and will commence on Monday, October 2, 2023. The program is scheduled to conclude on the same day.
The company's Executive Board resolved to implement the buyback on September 27, 2023.
